Initial Route
The plan is to leave San Diego around the 15 of December ,2009 towards Ensenada, Mexico. The dates will remain flexible to go with the best weather possible. From Ensenada we will stop in Bahia Tortuga, San Roque and Cabo San Lucas.
If all goes according to plan, we will continue to La Paz in the Sea of Cortes, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Manzanillo.
Next Route
It will be decided later according to condition of the boat, the crew and the weather, but there are two options;
Option 1: Central America
We have opted for this route. Today we are in Acapulco, heading tomorrowr towards Huatulco where will wait for a weather window to cross the Golf of Tehuanapec. Salvador is the next country, then Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
Option 2: Marquesas in the South Pacific
